Return Policy

Our return policy is strict because each garment is made and printed to order, specifically tailored for each customer due to our small-scale manufacturing. However, we offer solutions for each individual case. We invite you to contact us and explain your situation so we can provide the necessary assistance.

This policy does not apply if the item you received is damaged, has manufacturing defects, or if there are issues with your package. In these cases, you can request a refund or receive a new product at no additional shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We need you to inform us so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please reach out to us and attach photographs that serve as evidence to expedite the process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your case. If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive the amount back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your request, please contact us at shop@sedsalvos.com.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations, as in many cases, production begins immediately upon receipt of the order. However, we encourage you to contact our support team to check the status of your order and see if it is possible to stop the shipment.
