Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of the items in your order.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all of North America and international destinations. We are committed to delivering to as many locations as possible around the world.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours after payment is confirmed. If you place an order over the weekend, processing will begin on Monday or the next business day. The same applies to orders placed on holidays or non-working days.
Some products are stored in different fulfillment centers, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is calculated starting from the moment your order is processed. For example, if your order is processed on Monday, the shipping days will begin from that date.
Delays and Shipping Issues
While we make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or transportation issues, may cause delays. We work with several shipping carriers, and although we cannot control their processes, we are always available to assist you with any issues that may arise with your shipment.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries. During the checkout process, the shipping cost will be calculated based on your delivery address.
International delivery times typically range from 15 to 30 business days. Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which will be applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, and SEDSALVOS is not liable for any customs fees or taxes incurred.
Refunds or Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@sedsalvos.com, providing your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review your case individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
